The class will provide couples with basic information about pregnancy, appropriate self-help measures and advice as well as treatment where necessary before and after delivery.
The topics include baby massage and bathing techniques, breastfeeding, diet and nutrition, normal and abnormal birth, and common newborn problems.

Registration is on first-come first-served basis.
The class is only open to pre-registered couples.

aku dlu masa pregnant nak sangat pergi menatang alah ni..tp last2 sampai dah beranak tak gak pegi2..hahaa...
aku pun sebenanyer xtau wut to expect from this class....aku nengok jaja semua kelas dia nak gi...so aku cam nak gi gak...tp yg free le...huhu...

oh cehh....nnt aku wat entry psl antenatal class. mmg helpful gile for 1st-time mothers mcm kita ni.
aku pegi kat kpj selangor mmg bagus. nurse yg present tu very experienced. takat rm80 per couple not bad wattt. mkn pon sodap2. dpt gift bag lagi tuh. plus diorang akan suggest ko pegi 2 mths before cos blh la revise blk & praktis2 breathing/ senaman etc. kalau dh lambat sgt tak sempatnye...
aku akan pegi antenatal class nie....td aku reconfirm dia kt dah register aku ngan pz....
aku pun cam ade bnyk benda nak tanya...sampai xtau ape and camne nak tanya....which mean, how to even start the question...
