Ingredients :
1. Elbow Macaroni
2. Canned Mushroom Soup
3. Milk
4. Cheese (i used Parmesan instead of Cheddar)
Instruction :
1. Boil the macaroni till it's soft but no too soft
2. Once it's done, drain it and put aside
3. Put in whole can of mushroom soup in a casserole
4. Add in 1 can of milk by measuring it with the mushroom soup can
5. Add in cheese depends on how much cheese you prefer (the more cheese the yummy..but ingat, less cholesterol ya)
6. Add in the macaroni wif the mixture and stir
7. Bake it for 1 hour
as for me, i sprinkle more Parmesan cheese before i eat...yummies...

errr nape aku xtau pun ko pandai bake mac and cheese?? yang aku tau dulu masa bday ko, ko buat kek choc je..
sally : mac & cheese nie 1st attempt..kalo ko slalu dtg umah aku, ms aku buat event, ko merasa le macaroni goreng aku...recipe kek choc yg aku buat dolu pun dah hilang...huhu....mmg nak buat tp dah hilang....
aku tak dak oven..kalu tak nak gak try...
ko tau tak ape beza carbonara and alfredo..aku tengok 2-2 pon sos putih..rasa pon lebih kurang sama jek..hahaaha...
aku kalau wat yang sos putih tu mesti kasi potong cili padi masuk dalam..kalau tak cam tak berapa best jek..kalau wat makaroni or spagetti bolognese pon letak cili boh kasi pedas....haha..
so nak kate berjiwa itali tu mmg tak laa..itali fusion malay la kira...heheh..tp aku mmg suke pasta..cuma anas bule la tahan suke gak..dier tak banyak songeh bab makan..cuma alif jek yang cam tak suke pasta...
tapi aku rasa aku paling suke fettuccine marinara.. :D
bile cite pasal makan semangat plak aku..hahaahah...
