i was so lucky to be married in Ipoh as wedding package prizes is far way cheaper than compared to Klang Valley....i was so shocked and surprised to find out just how much a pelamin can cost a bride-to-be...then i thought to myself, Alhamdulillah and syukur that i've hire this Mak Andam. she was actually an elder sister to one of my close fren back in TM....though if u browse through her fotopages, u won't be really impress wif the pelamin, or da make up or even the wedding dress....but trust me, i was so damn satisfied for wut she gave me....
my all in wedding package includes :
- Pelamin with fresh flowers (including kipas, tpt letak tgn, tpt tepung tawar, payung & bunga pahar stand)
- Bride's Room Decoration with fresh flowers
- Make-up for solemnization
- Make-up for Wedding Reception
- Dress for solemnization (Bride's own materials..upah jahit je)
- Dress for bride and groom - designed and sew purposely for us
- Bride's Hand Bouquet of fresh flowers
- 9 Dulang hantaran with fresh flowers from bride to groom
- 7 Dulang hantaran with leaves motive from groom to bride
when i first met her, this is some of the conversation between us :
Mak Andam : Ape konsep kamu?
Me : Pink
Mak Andam : Semua pink?
Me : Ha'ah (proudly)...pelamin pink, hantaran pink, baju pink.....nak gune fresh flowers tuk pelamin and hantaran...
Mak Andam : hurmmm.....pelamin pink?? baju pun pink??....
Me : Ha'ah..(wif eager face)
Luckily i know da mak andam quite well, so...she's not hesitate to say anything to me....
Mak Andam : mana bole pelamin pink baju pun nak pink....tenggelam le nanti....
Me : Tapi amy suka pink...(sambil mencebik) kalo camtuh amy nak baju shocking pink...
Mak Andam : mmg la hang suka pink...mmg kaler shocking pink tu cantek...tp, tak tentu kaler tu sesuai ngan hang....
Mak pun menyampuk : kamu xle le nak ikut suka kamu jerk....xtentu lagi kaler and design tuh sesuai ngan kamu....
and dunno how, i agreed wif my mak andam which then my dress turn out to be so gorgeous...for me la...for u all, lantak la...ade aku kesah...muahahah....i just tell her my brief concept for everything....
for pelamin i said to her, i want pink wif fresh flowers....
for wedding dress, i said i want songket for inner and pink lace on the outer...i want da pink lace kebaya to be long and meleret....and tangan nak cuff....but mak andam said, "hang tak berapa kurus (ayat nak amik hati)...kalo hang pakai kebaya labuh, nampak hang lagi berisi....lgpun baju nikah hang dah ade cekak tgn, sanding xyah la...."
for hantaran i said i want fresh flowers of roses and baby breath.....she said she'll add in ribbons....
then she asked how would da hantaran from groom be, i said since mine is flowers, from groom should be leaves la...
i just said that and i gave my total trust to her to deliver everything that i explained to her....and da results....................
da make-up for solemnization which i requested her to make me look ayu-ayu gitew....and i so in lurrvvee wif da fake eye lash....
da baju nikah which da kain i bought in euro moda...mak andam just designed for me...
and i lurve da button actually.....it was taken from da flower of this dress...nampak tak bunga-bunga pink tuh??tailor tuh potong and made it into buttons...so cute...lupe nak amik gamba....nie jerk yg ade...
nie hantaran pompuan...lavendar rose wif baby breath...supposed to be more roses but, since my wed falls on valentine, da roses is very2 limited...haihh.....
ni plak hantaran laki pd pompuan which da motive was leaves...and i like da idea of using daun paku pakis tuh....
ni bilik pengantin wif fresh flower as well.....
da reception dress both new from mak andam....i just lurrvvee mr hubby outfit...make him looks thin....at 1st mak andam said she couldn't make that outfit due to couldn't find da right colour...but then, mr hubby insist wanna have it, and we just confirm 5 days before da wed reception, and yet she can make it....
this is ma reception make-up looks like at 8:30 pm...i requested for natural look...
